Individual Programs for Stress Management

Often, developing a positive relationship with stress can be difficult on your own. We offer one-on-one sessions in yoga and mindfulness so that you can access your inner world, receive personalized support from skilful practitioners, and observe the distinct ways you are affected by, and can overcome, stressful situations. Using a technique called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, we will practice yoga and meditation to introduce enhanced flexibility to the body and mind. You will learn practical, applicable methods to reduce the physical and emotional effects of stress, and to improve your workplace performance. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are at in your practice, and can be delivered in your workplace or at the ExCo² meditation space.
