Wellness and Stress Management Class Series

The most effective programs for reducing workplace stress involve the development of regular individual practices, such as cognitive behavioral techniques, yoga, and mindfulness meditation. These practices have been shown to significantly reduce the negative impacts of stress on individual health and well-being, and to increase productivity. For teams or subsets of teams, we offer series of one hour sessions (6 to 8 classes) which can be delivered before or after core working hours, or at lunch time. These sessions are aimed at developing effective office routines for individuals that can be incorporated into the daily work flow in a way that enhances rather than disrupts work flow and work productivity. These sessions are delivered in your workplace.
