Career
Adrian has worked as a consultant since 1999. Before this, he worked as a sports journalist for a London agency and then developed and managed the media and public relations function of a London-based not-for-profit organization.
For 10 years, Adrian also served as a faculty member with a US-based coach training school, training executives, HR/L&D professionals, coaches and consultants in Systemic Coaching and Leadership methodologies around the world
Coaching
Adrian’s coaching approach builds awareness and insight for individual leaders and managers, collaborative partnerships, teams and organizational networks. He works to develop systemic awareness and leadership competencies that enable clients to enhance their ability to communicate, collaborate and navigate complex contexts. Improving the quality of their interactions and decision-making leads to increased impact and effectiveness.
Qualifications/Certifications
Adrian is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Organisational & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s flagship Leadership Programme, Adrian is also certified to deploy the Team Diagnostic Assessment team development framework and the Leadership Circle Profile 360-degree feedback and development tool + Collective Leadership Assessment.
Adrian has extensive experience of working in intercultural contexts and applies his knowledge and understanding of the intercultural intelligence model developed by Prof. Geert Hofstede.
