
Career
Prior to her career as a coach and organizational change consultant, Alexandra was a professional ballet dancer at the Ballet National de l’Opéra de Paris. She continues to benefit from the experience of rigour, discipline and poise under pressure. She also managed teams in the sporting and cultural events sector, including at Le Palais de Congrès in Paris and on international events such as the French Open Tennis at Roland Garros, the 2007 Rugby World Championship in France, the London 2012 Olympics and the Paris-Dakar Rally. She gained exceptional insight through her experience of recruiting, coordinating and leading large teams, with staff groups sometimes numbering in the hundreds.
Coaching
Alexandra provides leadership and impact awareness coaching for senior executives and managers, as well as team development and accelerated team performance programs for senior leadership and management teams. Alexandra integrates a systemic coaching approach with a holistic view of personal and professional development for individuals. She brings a confident, challenging, humorous and supportive stance to her coaching, training and facilitation.
Qualifications/Certifications
Alexandra is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute. In 2012, she attained an MBA in executive coaching from HEC Paris and in 2016, she certified in the Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching model (ORSC), the only systemic coaching methodology currently accredited by the ICF.
A trainer in the Intercultural Intelligence model originally developed by Professor Geert Hofstede, Alexandra is an Associate Partner with Hofstede Insights, the organization responsible for developing the Hofstede model. Alexandra is certified to deploy the Team Diagnostic Assessment, the Change Style Indicator and Influence Style Indicator, Work Place Big 5 and 360-degree feedback tools for executives and managers.
