Olga Romanillos

Career

Before becoming a professional coach and trainer, Olga worked for 19 years in various senior sales and marketing management positions at Philips, first in Spain and later at their headquarters in the Netherlands, where she currently lives.

Her extensive corporate experience in two different countries and cultures, in combination with more than 15 years of individual and team coaching has given her a broad perspective on the nature of the challenges faced by leaders.

Coaching

As a freelance coach and trainer, she works regularly for different consulting firms and companies. She belongs to THNK’s faculty (The School for Creative Leadership in Amsterdam)  and CTI’s faculty (The CoActive Training Institute in California),  training coaches as part of their coaching certification programs.

She is an optimistic and enthusiastic person who triggers the same in others, someone who enjoys deeply experiencing life, and who establishes close, trusting relationships with her clients.  She is curious by nature and committed to supporting others in their personal quest for meaning and fulfilment.  In that respect, she deepens her clients’ awareness and skill in exercising their leadership in a sustainable way.  She believes we are all potential leaders, and asks “what is it that speaks to the leader in each of us?”
