
Career
Prior to coaching, Judy was the Vice-President of Human Resources of a large public institution with over 2000 employees and 7 bargaining units. In that capacity, she received a professional award for her outstanding contribution to optimizing the institution’s human potential to fully meet its strategic objectives.
In her earlier role as Director of Mission Effectiveness, Judy developed leadership processes throughout the organization to facilitate the daily living of the institution’s mission and values, which proved to be the highest motivator for human productivity.
She has also acted as coach/counsellor/educator in a variety of institutions including universities, hospitals, and a rehabilitation centre.
Judy’s career began in education where she taught youth of all ages, developed a French Immersion program, and published educational articles in both official languages of Canada.
Coaching
Judy launched her coaching practice in 2003. Her clients comment on her mature wisdom, her holistic, gentle-yet-forthright approach and her intuitive ability to get to the heart of what deeply matters. Judy’s methodology integrates her extensive training in human development, emotional and mental health, and body awareness.
Judy is guided by her passion and belief that potent leadership begins on the inside. The person you are becoming is the leader you will be: clarity in the head, connection in the heart, and confidence in the body!
Qualifications/Certifications
Judy is certified as a Master Coach by Integral Coaching Canada and is also certified by the International Coach Federation. Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and Bachelor’s degree in Education from Laurentian University. She holds a teaching certificate (province of Ontario), and has completed one year of counselling training at the Master level at St. Paul University
